1 Shipping Costs

We ship within Germany and to the countries listed below. The countries and shipping costs for standard shipping are listed below:

  • Germany: A flat shipping fee of 6.99 Euros applies to all orders within Germany.
  • European Union (EU): For deliveries to EU countries, we charge a flat shipping fee of 19.99 Euros.
  • Outside the European Union (Non-EU): For deliveries to countries outside the EU, we charge a flat shipping fee of 29.99 Euros.
  • USA and other countries: For deliveries to the USA and other countries, we charge a flat shipping fee of 49.99 Euros.

Please note that shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer.

For faster delivery, we offer express shipping as an option. This method ensures that your order arrives within the shortest possible time.

2 Delivery Times

The delivery times for different countries are listed below:

  • Germany: Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 business days after shipping confirmation.
  • European Union (EU): Delivery takes 4 to 7 business days after shipping confirmation.
  • Outside the European Union (EU): Delivery takes 6 to 10 business days after shipping confirmation.
  • USA and other countries: Delivery takes 10 to 14 business days after shipping confirmation.

Please note that delays may occur during periods of high demand (e.g., holidays, special promotions, etc.).

3 Shipping Partner

We ship our deliveries with the shipping company DHL. All packages are insured and come with a tracking number.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor the current status of your delivery.

6 Return Shipping Conditions
